Passengers are expected to behave responsibly. Any damages caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.

Passengers must adhere to all safety regulations. Failure to do so may result in termination of the service without a refund.
7. Additional Stops:
Additional stops may incur extra charges. Please confirm all stops when booking.
8. Changes to Itinerary:
Any changes to the itinerary must be communicated in advance. Last-minute changes may be accommodated based on availability.
9. Delays and Force Majeure:
Evan Limo Ride is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (force majeure).
10. COVID-19 Guidelines:
- Passengers must adhere to COVID-19 safety guidelines, including wearing masks and following sanitization protocols.
11. Privacy Policy:
- Evan Limo Ride respects your privacy. We collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with state laws.
