1. Reservation Cancellation:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time will incur no charges.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Event-Specific Cancellations:

For special events, such as weddings or proms, cancellations made at least seven days before the scheduled service time will incur no charges.

Cancellations within seven days of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. No-Show Policy:

Failure to cancel a reservation without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are subject to the full charge of the reserved service.
4. Refund Policy:

Refunds for cancellations will be processed 2 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Changes to Reservation:

Changes to the reservation made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are subject to availability.

Additional charges may apply for changes that result in a longer service duration.
6. Liability:

Evan Limo Ride recognizes unforeseen circumstances.

In cases of occurrences, cancellations may be considered without penalty.
7. Communication of Cancellation:

All cancellations must be communicated.

Cancellations are confirmed upon receipt of acknowledgment from Evan Limo Ride.
8. Group Bookings:
