Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Evan Limo Ride. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy.

1. Reservation Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time will incur no charges.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Event-Specific Cancellations:

  • For special events, such as weddings or proms, cancellations made at least seven days before the scheduled service time will incur no charges.

  • Cancellations within seven days of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. No-Show Policy:

  • Failure to cancel a reservation without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows are subject to the full charge of the reserved service.

4. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Changes to Reservation:

  • Changes to the reservation made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are subject to availability.

  • Additional charges may apply for changes that result in a longer service duration.

6. Liability:

  • Evan Limo Ride recognizes unforeseen circumstances.

  • In cases of occurrences, cancellations may be considered without penalty.

7. Communication of Cancellation:

  • All cancellations must be communicated.

  • Cancellations are confirmed upon receipt of acknowledgment from Evan Limo Ride.

8. Group Bookings:

  • For group bookings, refer to the terms outlined in the specific group booking agreement.
